Overview

The Primary Coach, Career Prep team is a critical front-line role responsible for guiding a cohort of undergraduate Fellows through the MLT Career Prep program. In this role, you will support Fellows in developing the skills, experiences, and confidence needed to secure top-tier internships and full-time roles across MLT’s employer partners.

In Short

  • Coach a portfolio of Fellows through MLT’s Career Prep curriculum via 1:1 and group coaching sessions.
  • Track and manage Fellow outcomes and progress in MLT’s data systems.
  • Design and facilitate engaging content for seminars and webinars.
  • Partner with Track Directors and corporate partners for current opportunities.
  • Provide targeted advising on resume development and interview preparation.
  • Support Fellow recruitment and admissions initiatives.
  • Monitor Fellow engagement and intervene when needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Consulting.
  • Understanding of success in top private-sector organizations.
  • Effective interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships.
  • Experience tracking and reporting data; Salesforce preferred.
  • Passion for coaching college students and/or professionals.
  • Willingness to travel for program seminars and events.
