Overview

MLT is seeking a Donor Relations Sr. Associate / Manager to enhance donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship among key philanthropic audiences, reporting to the Managing Director of Advancement.

In Short

• Foster donor cultivation and stewardship.
• Create communication drafts for donor outreach.
• Manage quarterly donor impact newsletter.
• Project manage collateral creation and updates.
• Coordinate with Marcom and Alumni Engagement teams.
• Craft strategies for direct response campaigns.
• Research and maintain lists of relevant events and publications.
• Utilize tools like Asana and Salesforce for project tracking.
• Build and analyze campaigns in HubSpot and Classy.
• 4-7 years of experience in donor relations or related fields.

Requirements

• Superb writing skills with adaptability to tone and voice.
• Strong project management skills and deadline orientation.
• Ability to build productive relationships and lead collaboration.
• Experience with email marketing tools, preferably HubSpot.
• Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
