Overview

The Supported Employment Specialist at Center for Life Management (CLM) is responsible for providing vocational rehabilitation services to adults with mental health challenges, helping them achieve personal employment and educational goals.

In Short

• Provide individual and group Supported Employment services in various settings.
• Utilize motivational interviewing to support client goal development.
• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to align services with program goals.
• Document services delivered in a timely manner.
• Participate in consultation meetings and uphold program fidelity.
• Maintain professional standards and client confidentiality.
• Meet billable service expectations for incentive pay.
• Represent CLM professionally in all settings.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with co-occurring disorders preferred.
• Motivational interviewing experience preferred.
• Sound clinical judgment in various situations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new clinical skills as needed.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
