The Employment Support Specialist (Job Coach) will provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities, helping them explore, secure, and succeed in competitive employment.

Requirements

• 2-year degree or equivalent experience in human services.
• Experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring roles.
• Knowledge of job markets and hiring processes.
• Strong comfort with technology.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
