Overview

The Employment Job Coach at Dungarvin supports individuals with disabilities in finding and maintaining competitive employment through personalized coaching and community integration.

In Short

• Work with individuals 1:1 in community and home settings.
• Manage a dynamic schedule of employment services.
• Conduct strength-based assessments to identify career interests.
• Assist with resume development and job search.
• Support onboarding and training for new jobs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide progress reports.
• Encourage and mentor individuals to achieve their employment goals.
• Remote work possible up to two days a week.
• Reimbursement for mileage during work shifts.
• Contribute to a culture of diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

• Two-year degree or equivalent experience in human services.
• Experience in teaching and coaching.
• Knowledge of employment practices.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with technology.
• Valid driver's license and insurance required.
• Reliable vehicle necessary for transportation.
• Fluency in ASL, Spanish, Hmong, Somali, or Oromo is a plus.
