Overview

As Employment Counsel at Blink, you will provide legal guidance on a broad spectrum of employment law issues, helping to improve patient access to medications and reduce waste in the U.S. healthcare system.

• 4+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Requirements

• JD with excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing in at least one state bar.
• 4+ years of combined, relevant experience.
• Fluency in English and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize projects effectively.
• Superior interpersonal skills and team-first attitude.
• Sound practical business judgment.
• Previous experience with healthcare and HIPAA preferred.
