Overview

Arista Networks is seeking an Employment Counsel to join its Global Legal Team, providing legal counsel on employment law matters and supporting compliance efforts across multiple jurisdictions.

In Short

• Serve as a legal point of contact for HR and business leaders.
• Manage employee disputes and litigation.
• Draft and negotiate employment-related agreements.
• Review and develop employment policies and procedures.
• Conduct employee training worldwide.
• Conduct internal investigations on employment matters.
• Support the employment law function for the legal team.

Requirements

• Attorney/JD with admission to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of employment law experience.
• Deep knowledge of global employment laws.
• Experience advising on compliance with employment laws.
• Experience with employment litigation.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prior in-house counsel experience preferred.
