Overview

As a Compliance Manager at Blink Health, you will play a key role in shaping the compliance function of a fast-growing healthcare technology company, ensuring the highest standards of integrity and accountability.

In Short

• Design and implement Blink's Compliance Program.
• Monitor regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
• Investigate compliance concerns and develop remediation plans.
• Collaborate with Legal and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct compliance education and training for employees.
• Monitor company compliance and cooperate with auditors.
• Document policies and standard operating procedures.
• Report to the General Counsel on compliance activities.
• Support special projects and Legal team initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years in compliance, legal, or risk management, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing compliance risks.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of medical reimbursement coding and regulations.
• Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical supply chain preferred.
