Overview

The Compliance Manager at Amgen will play a vital role in promoting and supporting adherence to U.S. Healthcare Compliance requirements while collaborating with various business partners to ensure compliance processes are understood and followed.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree or relevant experience in Compliance, Regulatory or Legal.
• 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance laws and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to generate reports and prepare presentations.
