Compliance Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and ensuring compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and other relevant security frameworks. The ideal candidate will oversee security training programs, vendor risk management, and policy and procedure reviews to maintain a strong security posture across the organization.

• Manage and maintain internal security controls for compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and other standards.
• Develop and enhance security policies and procedures.
• Assist with risk assessments and audits.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in information security compliance.
• Experience with ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
• Understanding of security frameworks and risk management.
• Experience with security training and policy development.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security or related field.
