Overview

The Compliance Manager will lead a team in the Compliance Department, managing compliance functions, risk assessments, and audits while providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least six years of compliance experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance principles and regulatory policies.
• Ability to train and mentor staff effectively.
• Experience in risk assessment and auditing.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in research, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with Medi-Cal, Medicare, and public assistance programs.
• Ability to develop work plans and prioritize compliance activities.
• Experience in public speaking and facilitating meetings.
• Adaptability to change and new processes.
