Overview

eToro is seeking a Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and to promote a robust compliance culture within the organization.

In Short

• Provide guidance on supervision structure and compliance policies.
• Coordinate compliance issue management and reporting.
• Monitor regulatory documents and guidelines.
• Liaise with external lawyers and internal stakeholders.
• Update and draft compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct compliance assurance reviews and testing.
• Provide advice on business expansion and regulatory issues.
• Handle regulatory enquiries and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Promote compliance culture and manage projects.
• Ensure compliance with trade surveillance and audit findings.

Requirements

• Relevant university degree (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Law).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., IBF, ICA, ACAMs).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial services.
• Experience in compliance duties in licensed entities is a plus.
• Familiarity with laws and regulations (e.g., SFA, MAS).
• Experience with audits and regulatory examinations.
• Strong compliance and risk management understanding.
• Good organizational and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
