Overview

The Compliance Manager will lead a team in the Compliance Department, managing compliance functions, risk assessments, and audits while providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of six years of compliance-related experience.
• Experience with healthcare compliance functions.
• Ability to train and mentor staff.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Experience in public speaking.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory policies.
• Ability to lead meetings and projects.
• Experience with NCQA standards.
• Proactive and adaptable to change.
