Overview

The Senior Member Services Representative is responsible for addressing complex member issues, providing technical support to Member Services Representatives, and assisting members and providers through phone interactions.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Hmong) preferred.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles.
  • Understanding of managed health care principles.
  • Experience with eligibility processes for public assistance programs.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly.
