Overview

The Member Service Representative is responsible for assisting members with their inquiries and transactions, ensuring excellent customer service while fulfilling the mission of improving financial well-being.

In Short

• Answer calls from members providing accurate information.
• Offer solutions to members' financial needs.
• Post transactions into members' accounts accurately.
• Handle duties regarding Bill Payer, Online Banking, and Visa Cards.
• Participate in the Step Up Program.
• Meet the metrics of the position.
• Sort Credit Union mail.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Understand the Bank Secrecy Act and its application.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
• 6 months of similar or related experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills.
• Proficient with standard office business machinery and software.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.
• Previous cash handling experience.
