Overview

The Senior Member Services Representative will be responsible for responding to complex member issues and acting as a technical resource for Member Services Representatives in a hybrid work environment.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Hmong) preferred.
  • Experience in a call center or member services setting.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles.
  • Ability to de-escalate complex situations.
  • Understanding of healthcare-related terminology.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of four years in customer service.
  • Experience in healthcare setting preferred.
  • Adaptable to hybrid work environment.
