Overview

This position involves supporting high-volume member calls and walk-ins as a Temporary Member Services Representative. The role includes a rigorous training program and has the potential for extension or conversion to full-time based on performance.

In Short

  • Support high-volume member calls and walk-ins.
  • Initial training program of 3-4 weeks.
  • Hybrid position requiring in-office attendance 2-3 times per week.
  • Act as frontline customer service representative.
  • Facilitate non-medical transportation benefits.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles required.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is a must.
  • Use of Microsoft Office Suite and database systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Temporary assignment expected to last until December 31, 2025.

Requirements

  • Bilingual Spanish/English required.
  • Minimum two years of customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to translate complex healthcare terminology.
  • Strong conflict resolution techniques.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to answer calls promptly.
  • Experience in member services or healthcare preferred.
  • Familiarity with Windows-based PC systems.
  • Ability to utilize various computer systems.
