Overview

This position involves providing high-volume customer service support to members and providers, with a focus on facilitating non-medical transportation benefits.

In Short

  • Temporary position lasting until December 31, 2025, with potential for extension or conversion to full-time.
  • Hybrid work environment; in-office attendance required 2-3 times per week.
  • Initial training program lasting 3-4 weeks with mandatory attendance.
  • Act as the frontline customer service representative.
  • Facilitate non-medical transportation benefits for members.
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles required.
  • Experience with Windows-based PC systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail needed.
  • Minimum two years of customer service experience required.

Requirements

  • Bilingual Spanish/English.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.
  • Experience in conflict resolution techniques.
  • Ability to answer calls promptly and minimize delays.
  • Understanding of complex operations related to Member Services.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years of customer service experience in relevant fields.
  • Ability to translate complex terminology into simple language.
