Overview

The Compliance Manager will play a pivotal role in managing Airship’s global compliance programs, effectively navigating the intersection of data, privacy, and AI regulatory compliance.

• Own and manage the company’s global compliance programs.
• Coordinate execution of initiatives, including development of Data Protection Impact Assessments.
• Proactively identify compliance risks related to data processing and AI usage.

• Maintain compliance documentation for legal and regulatory reporting.
• Develop compliance training programs for employees.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in compliance or privacy roles.
• In-depth understanding of data governance laws globally.
• Hands-on experience with Data Protection Impact Assessments.
• Solid understanding of AI governance frameworks.
• Experience with internal and external audit processes.
• Familiarity with compliance management tools.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Excellent collaboration and project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related fields.
• Certification in privacy or compliance is a plus.
