In Short

• Support individuals with disabilities in finding and maintaining employment.
• Work 1:1 with clients in community and home settings.
• Manage a dynamic schedule and caseload.
• Provide job search assistance and onboarding support.
• Hybrid position with up to two days of remote work.

Requirements

• A two-year degree or relevant experience in human services.
• Prior experience in teaching and coaching.
• Knowledge of employment environments and hiring processes.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
