Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing HRBPs.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Power BI.
• Ability to connect HR strategy to operational outcomes.
• Experience with HRIS platforms preferred.
• Background in healthcare or human services preferred.
• Professional certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus.
• Experience in mergers and organizational integration is a plus.
