Overview

Persado is looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of People to lead our Global People Team. In this role you will be a trusted advisor and strategic leader responsible for recruiting, people operations, business partnering and culture and experience initiatives that drive our people strategy forward.

In Short

• Lead and mentor a small but high impact team responsible for talent acquisition and people operations.
• Partner with Executive Leadership Team to develop and execute Persado’s people strategy.
• Collaborate with people managers to drive organizational initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations.
• Manage legal and compliance matters related to employment.
• Oversee performance review cycles.
• Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews.
• Drive strategic recruitment strategies to meet workforce planning needs.
• Address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of international labor laws and HR compliance.
• Experience leading performance management programs.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Strategic and analytical thinker.
