Overview

The HR Director is responsible for overseeing HR operations, leading employee relations, designing talent management strategies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Director will also work closely with the leadership team to align HR practices with the company goals.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
• Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Strong business acumen to translate business objectives into effective HR strategies.
