Overview

The HR Director will lead HR strategy across Texas and Louisiana, developing a team of HR Business Partners while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing HRBPs.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Power BI.
• Ability to connect HR strategy to financial outcomes.
• Experience with HRIS platforms is a plus.
• Background in healthcare or regulated environments preferred.
• Professional certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
• Additional credentials in Coaching or Project Management are beneficial.
