Overview

Scribe is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our growing Go To Market team, supporting our Enterprise customers in the Mid-Market segment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for onboarding new Enterprise customers and driving adoption throughout the customer lifecycle, culminating in seamless renewal events.

In Short

  • Act as a primary point of contact for Enterprise customers.
  • Onboard new customers by supporting account setup and planning.
  • Advise customers on best practices using Scribe.
  • Ensure strong adoption of Scribe and progress towards customer goals.
  • Calculate and communicate ROI to customers.
  • Engage with Scribe champions to drive adoption.
  • Manage contract renewals for customer retention.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on growth opportunities.
  • Surface relevant customer insights and feedback.
  • Spearhead strategic projects to improve adoption and retention.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles for a SaaS solution.
  • Engaging presentation skills and understanding of business challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for technology and ability to learn new SaaS applications.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
