Head of People Operations - Remote

At Cabify, we believe that a new form of urban mobility is possible. We are looking for a Head of People Operations to lead our global People Operations function, designing and optimizing processes that enhance employee experience while aligning with the company's strategic objectives.

In Short

• Lead the global People Operations strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, compensation, and offboarding processes across multiple countries.
• Act as a contact point for labor and union matters.
• Manage health and safety programs to ensure safe work environments.
• Supervise office management for functional and welcoming workspaces.
• Develop a high-performance team in Spain with a global reach.
• Collaborate with key teams to support international expansion.
• Ensure compliance with local and global labor laws.
• Design HR policies adapted to an international environment.
• Foster a collaborative work environment that promotes healthy labor relations.

Requirements

• Affinity with our principles.
• Degree in Law, Administration, Psychology, or related fields; Master's in HR or MBA preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in senior HR Operations roles, preferably in international organizations.
• Deep knowledge of international labor law and compensation management.
• Experience in designing global compensation and benefits plans.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, both oral and written.
• Experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices.
