Head of Operations - Remote

Overview

The Head of Operations will build, lead, and drive our operations team from the ground up, ensuring patients get rapid access to care and driving operational efficiencies.

In Short

• Drive Operational Excellence by developing and monitoring operational systems.
• Build and lead the Early Ops Team to drive exceptional results.
• Scale the Ops Team by defining hiring models and building culture.
• Define and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to improve efficiency and offerings.
• Support customer growth by identifying and addressing areas for improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience, with 2+ years in early stage operations.
• Experience in high growth startups preferred.
• Proven ability to hire and lead high performance operations teams.
• Experience with high volume operations preferred.
• Experience managing 1099 workers or BPO preferred.
