Head of Operations - Remote

Overview

Sunbound is building the “financial OS for senior care” to improve the payments experience for senior living operators and families.

In Short

• Lead the Operations team and report directly to the CEO.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Implement best practices and processes across product lines.
• Establish relationships with key customers for smooth operational execution.
• Coach team members and recruit as the team grows.
• Become an industry expert in senior care payments.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in leadership.
• Experience in a B2B2C or marketplace business model.
• Background in healthcare, FinTech, or InsurTech.
• Experience in early-stage startups (Series A - C).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Resilient with a “can do” attitude.
• Willingness to learn by doing.
