Requirements

  • 5+ years in client success, account management, or consulting.
  • Technical fluency in software platforms and IT environments.
  • Experience aligning client goals with business outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Preferred: CCSM or ITIL Foundation Certification.
