Overview

The Client Success Manager will own customer relationships end-to-end, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and renewals while leveraging technical skills to troubleshoot issues and enhance customer experience.

In Short

  • Own customer relationships from onboarding to renewals.
  • Lead technical onboarding and CRM integrations.
  • Develop deep product knowledge and act as an expert.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in partnership with engineering.
  • Use SQL and analytics tools to recommend improvements.
  • Communicate complex concepts clearly to users.
  • Support feature launches and customer feedback loops.
  • Deliver training and documentation to drive adoption.
  • Identify risks and resolve friction points proactively.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years in customer success or technical account management.
  • Strong technical aptitude for integrations and telephony.
  • Skilled in SQL and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Organized and effective in fast-moving environments.
  • Experience with dealership operations is a plus.
