Overview

As an Account Manager at Livestorm, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers, ensuring revenue growth and customer retention.

In Short

  • Build relationships with Livestorm's customers ensuring revenue growth and customer retention
  • Nurture and expand a portfolio of +200 existing accounts mainly comprised of Small and Medium Businesses (SMB)
  • Develop strategic territory plans to outline opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
  • Build, maintain and convert pipeline
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with C-level decision-makers
  • Coordinate multi-functional teams to sign multi-year strategic agreements
  • Meet core KPIs around pipeline coverage progression and forecast
  • Develop and use Partner ecosystem relationships to accelerate growth
  • Meet and exceed quota

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English
  • At least one experience in Sales (Account Management, Customer Success, Account Executive)
  • High-performance mentality and consistency in overachievement
  • Organized, rigorous, and adaptable to evolving processes
  • Strong aptitude for selling and building lasting relationships
  • Strong business acumen and comfort with presenting to senior-level executives
  • Technologically savvy and quick to learn new technology
  • Ability to work individually and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-centric mindset
