Overview

The Engineering Manager at Livestorm will own the sustainable delivery and technical excellence of a cross-functional product squad, partnering with the Product Manager to ensure predictable outcomes for customers and the business.

• Lead a cross-functional product squad of 5-8 engineers.
• Drive planning, sequencing, and execution for the squad.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in engineering management.
• 7-10+ years of total experience in software development.
• Strong technical depth in relevant technologies.
• Proficiency with modern delivery practices (CI/CD, testing strategy).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
