Engineering Manager - Remote

Overview

The Engineering Manager will lead the corporate maintenance team and manage the maintenance program across supply chain locations, focusing on asset reliability and process improvement.

In Short

• Remote position with travel up to 50%
• Lead a team of Corporate Maintenance Specialists
• Manage maintenance processes for 30 Supply Chain locations
• Leverage and manage CMMS program
• Participate in design and installation specifications
• Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis
• Develop a 5-year Maintenance department plan
• Build vendor relationships with Procurement team
• Provide technical support to Supply Chain Centers
• Ensure alignment with key stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Civil)
• 5-10 years of experience in Manufacturing Maintenance or Reliability roles
• Experience in Food Manufacturing preferred
• Strong knowledge of maintenance principles
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience with maintenance software tools
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to lead and resolve conflicts
• Experience managing contractors and vendors
