Overview

The Store Hiring and Training Lead is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and training team members in a fast-paced, in-store environment, ensuring that stores are fully staffed with confident employees.

In Short

  • Recruit and interview drivers and CSR candidates
  • Lead in-store onboarding and paperwork completion
  • Train new team members on systems and service standards
  • Coach and develop team members on the floor
  • Partner with GMs and DMs to maintain staffing
  • Follow up with new hires for engagement and retention
  • Maintain training records and onboarding documentation
  • Support store operations as needed
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Travel between multiple store locations

Requirements

  • Available from 10am-10pm
  • Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years in training or team development
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Positive attitude with a passion for developing others
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoy interacting with team members on the floor
