Quality and Training Lead - Remote

Overview

As a Quality and Training Lead at HopSkipDrive, you’ll support the business by developing and maintaining a quality assurance framework to assess and improve the performance of Trust & Safety support teams.

In Short

• Develop and maintain a quality assurance framework.
• Define QA scorecards and evaluation criteria.
• Analyze QA data and trends for continuous improvement.
• Design and execute training programs for Trust & Safety teams.
• Update training materials in response to policy changes.
• Ensure training aligns with policy updates and legal requirements.
• Support audit processes and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Training.
• Experience designing and managing QA programs.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret QA data.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Trust & Safety principles.
• Experience with QA tools and LMS platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
