Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Prior experience in customer success or support.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Timely response to customer queries.
  • Maintain composure under pressure.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace; Kustomer preferred.
