Overview

We are looking for a dynamic training leader to drive user adoption and learning success across major change initiatives at Kyndryl. This role involves leading the design and delivery of impactful training programs and managing LMS strategy to support transformation goals.

• Lead the development and execution of the OCM training strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years of experience in training development.
• Experience in leading comprehensive training programs.
• Understanding of instructional design principles.
• Expertise in online courseware development tools.
• Experience managing Learning Management Systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
