Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Level 1 Support.
• Experience with Linux/Windows OS, Kubernetes/Docker.
• Knowledge of MongoDB, CosmosDB, SQL Server, Azure.
• Basic programming skills in Bash, Shell Scripting, PowerShell.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Jenkins, Bamboo, GIT, Bitbucket.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, .NET, DLS (Ruby), YAML (Python).
• Demonstrated training and experience in the indicated tools.
• Soft skills: Communication, customer service, proactivity, teamwork.
• Ability to adapt to change.
• RHEL II or equivalent certification preferred.
