Overview

A strategic, highly technical, inspirational, execution-oriented VP of Software Engineering is sought to lead the engineering function across core product areas including Marketing Platform, Advertising Technology, Email, and Reporting + Analytics functionality.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in distributed systems and high-throughput platforms.
• Familiarity with Marketing Tech, AdTech, Email, or related domains preferred.
• Ability to set technical vision and influence business teams.
• Track record of building inclusive teams and strong engineering cultures.
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
