Requirements

• 6+ years of engineering experience.
• Proven track record in planning and delivering engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering best practices.
• Experience in high-growth companies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Customer-centric focus and ability to translate technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for tackling youth mental health issues.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails is a plus.
• Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred.
