Overview

As an Engineering Manager at Sonar, you will lead a squad of developers to build, automate and operate software used by millions of customers worldwide, while promoting a high-performance engineering culture.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• 8+ years in software development.
• Experience with the Java ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of software testing.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
