Requirements

• Strong GAAP foundation and audit experience.
• Experience with ERP systems selection and implementation.
• Ability to design scalable financial infrastructure.
• Experience building accounting processes and workflows.
• Strong communication skills with non-finance partners.
• Experience in hiring and managing accounting talent.
• Thrives in early-stage, ambiguous environments.
• Passionate about mental health support for students.
