Overview

The Account Manager - SMB at Livestorm is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing small and medium business clients, ensuring revenue growth and customer retention.

In Short

  • Build relationships with Livestorm's customers ensuring revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Nurture and expand a portfolio of +200 existing accounts mainly comprised of Small and Medium Businesses (SMB).
  • Develop strategic territory plans to outline opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and expansion.
  • Build, maintain and convert pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with C-level decision-makers.
  • Coordinate multi-functional teams to sign strategic agreements.
  • Meet core KPI's around pipeline coverage progression and general activity.
  • Develop and use Partner ecosystem relationships to accelerate growth.
  • Meet and exceed quota.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English.
  • At least one experience in Sales (Account Management, Customer Success, Account Executive).
  • High-performance mentality and consistency in over achievement.
  • Organized, rigorous, and adaptable to an evolving process and team.
  • Strong aptitude for selling and building lasting relationships.
  • Strong business acumen and comfort with presenting to senior-level executives.
  • Technologically savvy with ability to learn new technology fast.
  • Ability to work individually and collaborate within a team environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
  • Self-motivation, Hustle, strong work ethic, and Ownership.
