Overview

As an SMB Account Manager at airSlate, you will take ownership of the post-sales journey for SMB customers, ensuring their success and driving account growth.

In Short

  • Own renewals and drive account growth through upsell and expansion opportunities.
  • Ensure customer success and ROI by tracking adoption, health, and usage metrics.
  • Manage a large SMB portfolio using scalable, tech-touch engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback to improve products and build advocacy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or renewals-focused Sales within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven success in owning renewals and identifying/closing upsell opportunities.
  • Experience managing a large book of business using a scalable, process-driven approach.
  • Strong ability to analyze customer usage and health data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, customer-friendly terms.
  • Comfortable working with the US market and time zones.
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken).
