Overview

As an Account Manager at Valimail, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by managing the renewal and expansion sales cycles across a segment of customer accounts. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue retention.

In Short

  • Own the post-sales end-to-end customer relationship for assigned accounts.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and provide solutions.

  • Monitor renewal risk indicators and take proactive actions.
  • Manage and assist with escalations to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Carry an NRR quota with specific metrics associated with revenue.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a quota-carrying Account Manager or Customer Success Manager.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Understanding of the sales cycle and customer retention strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Cross-functional collaborator.
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
