Overview

The Senior Growth Engineer (Operations) will drive operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization, focusing on optimizing data flow and enhancing tech stack performance.

Requirements

B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
4+ years of experience with Python, SQL, or similar languages.
2+ years in an operations role supporting Sales, Marketing, or Finance.
Proficiency in Snowflake, Segment, and BI tools.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent relationship-building skills.
Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Project management skills and ability to drive projects independently.
