Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software experience.
• Driven by growth engineering and experimentation.
• Experience scaling user base and revenue.
• Technical tooling and process experience around experimentation.
• Comfortable with responsibility and accountability.
• Ability to work well in teams.
• Experience with React and/or Node at scale (bonus).
• Experience with MongoDB or MySQL (bonus).
• DevOps experience, especially on AWS (bonus).
• Live and work in the Americas timezones.
