In Short

Design, build, and optimize growth experiments to improve key product metrics.
Implement A/B tests and feature flags to iterate quickly on growth initiatives.
Develop and maintain scalable fullstack solutions using modern frameworks (React — TypeScript, Python, etc.).
Collaborate cross-functionally to align engineering efforts with product and business goals.
Analyze data and experiment results to drive continuous improvements.

Requirements

The ability to work asynchronously as part of a fully remote, distributed team.
Strong experience in fullstack development.
A track record of shipping impactful growth-focused experiments.
You own what you build, beyond just your code. You have a passion for quality.
You communicate effectively in both written and verbal form.
You are self-driven and impact-oriented. You are proactive and can move fast or pivot to meet the changing needs of the product.
