Senior Growth Web Engineer - Remote

Overview

New Relic is looking for a Growth Web Engineer to join our web team, contributing to the development of our SaaS-based observability platform.

In Short

• Drive acquisition, onboarding, monetization, organic growth, and retention across New Relic’s web properties.
• Lead website testing methodology and drive improvements for end user experience.
• Improve Drupal automated test coverage and ensure scalability.
• Participate in the design process with technical feedback.
• Formulate efficient content models and develop Drupal components.
• Contribute to technical aspects of public web properties.
• Improve reliability and speed of new features via A/B testing.
• Identify blockers and resolve issues across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or 4 years professional work experience.
• 4+ years of website testing experience.
• Strong expertise in testing Drupal 9/10.
• Solid understanding of Git, JavaScript, and Cypress.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Collaborative work style.
• Fluency in English.
