Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in growth or product engineering.
• Fluency in TypeScript, React, and modern front-end development.
• Strong experience in A/B testing and data analysis.
• Experience with analytics tools and funnel optimization.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working closely with marketing and product teams.
